Cornerstone Homes was founded by Stan Ratzlaff in 1977. Early in its years, Cornerstone Homes met the needs of rural land owners, creating custom ranch-style family homes. The building boom in the 1980’s saw much growth for Cornerstone, and many homes in the cities of Fresno and Clovis.
In 1995 the company added Stan’s son Matt, who is now head of design at Cornerstone Homes. In the over 30 years of its existence, Cornerstone Homes has come to define luxury and style in the San Joaquin Valley.
"We were so pleased with the entire process of building our house with Cornerstone. Matt and Stan stayed involved throughout the process and we always willing to work with us to make something happen. We cannot recommend them highly enough."
"Building with Cornerstone Homes was an amazing experience. Their attention to detail, from the actual design of our home, to the finished product, was outstanding. Throughout the entire process, I enjoyed their professionalism, honesty and integrity. I am happy to give my highest endorsement and would not hesitate to have Stan and Matt build another home for me."
"We always found Cornerstone homes to be forthright and honest with us. What started out as a professional relationship quickly felt very personal, as we looked forward to visiting with Matt almost as much as watching the vision we developed together evolved into the reality of our amazing new home."
"It was an absolute pleasure to have Cornerstone Construction build our home! Their knowledge and expertise throughout the process was invaluable. The entire experience was enjoyable and we can't wait to have them build for us again someday!"
