Our History

Cornerstone Homes was founded by Stan Ratzlaff in 1977. Early in its years, Cornerstone Homes met the needs of rural land owners, creating custom ranch-style family homes. The building boom in the 1980’s saw much growth for Cornerstone, and many homes in the cities of Fresno and Clovis.

A Family Tradition

In 1995 the company added Stan’s son Matt, who is now head of design at Cornerstone Homes. In the over 30 years of its existence, Cornerstone Homes has come to define luxury and style in the San Joaquin Valley.
